Week 4, Day 2 - Heavy Upper Day

Bench Press 3x6 @ 255 lbs (+5 lbs)
Dumbbell Row 3x6 @ 100 lbs
Seated Dumbbell Press 1x6 @ 65s
V-handle Pulldown 1x6 @ 170 lbs

Skipped the optional stuff bc had to run to a mtg. Bench felt good. Did 255 without a spot which was not smart but I guess gave me added motivation.
