Squat: 270x5x3 (PR)
Bench: 200x5x3 (PR)
Deadlift: 295x5 (PR)

2 rounds of:
55sec of plank center
55sec of plank left
55sec of plank right 
15 declined sit-ups

Pull-ups: 6,5,3

Last rep of each squat set was a challenge. 30 more pounds until the glory of Sparta is mine. Bench felt pretty good.
