103013: need moar grit

5RM deadlift @ 445 (fail: 3)
deadlift double @ 455
2x6-8 chins @ +42.5 (6-6; PR)

Did some random light pressing sets of 10...45 lb bench press, 45 lb press, pushups.  Shoulder feels so so.  I think I should have been able to get the deadlift 5RM, don't know what my deal is.
