ReplyDeleteI don't do all of these all the time. Day 1 would be squat, press, deadlift, dips, planks, declined situps, shrugs, db press. Day 2 is something like squat, bench, deadlift, pullups, planks, declined situps, curlz, bent row. Spending about 1.5hr right now; bound to increase as weight goes up on my big 4.
