my knee has been bothering me lately (chronic tightness led to eventual pain, and sitting in a car for 20 hours last week didn't help either). realizing i hadn't spent anytime with the lax ball of late, i spent 7 minutes lax balling last night, right above my knee cap and hitting all corners around the knee. it's amazing how much better it feels. worth a shot if you haven't tried it. Impressive stuff. What sort of mobility have you been doing?
ReplyDeleteI do a 10-15 minutes stretching routine (all legs). I've also been using bands for hamstring stretches.
