Belated CFFB

Gave reechee's WOD a shot:

Max Handstand Push Ups in 5 minutes
Max Pull Ups in 4 minutes
Max Push Ups in 3 minutes
Max Supine Ring Pull Ups in 2 minutes
Max Dips in 1 minute

*Set the clock for 15 minutes, complete max reps of each movement for the designated time.

27 HSPU
29 Dead hang pullups
52 Push ups
19 Supine ring pull ups
10 Ring dips

137 Total

Several totals over 200 reps in the CFFB comments - ridiculous


Notes: I'm a big fan of WODs that alternate pulling/pushing movements. Pretty disappointed with the ring dips but overall a decent first attempt. My arms feel like they're jacked up on HGH or something right now. Good WOD to do at home since all you need is a pullup bar, rings, floor, and a wall. Gonna give this another go in about a month.

  1. Nice...yea, by the time you get to the dips it feels like your arms are gonna burst. Can't wait to get back to the gym, but these few days of rest have been great, joints feel like steel. Just been doing push ups during commercial breaks, haha...i believe I'm at 500 now.
