30 KB Swings (45 lbs - Rx is 75lb)
30 Pullups (scaled with bands)

Bodyweight exercises are my current bottleneck. Pushups, pullups, dips. Time to start working on them.

  3. the number of pullups is mind numbing!

    Have you broken your 50 pushups? My goal is to do better than what I could do in ROTC. I think my best was 72 in 2 minutes. Recently did 60. :)

  4. I haven't broken 50 pushups :(. I haven't really been working on them as much as I should, and bodyweight exercises is a weakness of mine. Good job on your 60!!
