happy august everyone. my hope is to workout at least 3 times a week this month as i slowly get back into the swing of things.
starting the week out nice and easy. good thing too, because i'm still feeling tight from thursday.
did some handstand/tripod exercises to get started, then:

10 OH Squats (45 lbs)
20 KB Swings (30 lbs)
30 Single Jumpropes
time: 10:40
going to stay light on the weights until i feel better about my cardio.
i'm holding you to the 3x per week, dont let me down.
