more mwod stuff, ss to follow

I want to get on a MWF ss routine, so i'm postponing today's ss workout till tomorrow.

Did this MWOD today:



Was just as painful/difficult as the first time i did the shin on wall one. I think I found a new goat to concentrate on, along with my shoulder mobility. I also worked on the shoulders for awhile with the grabbing the vertical pole behind your back mwod from a few days ago.

  1. Did this MWOD today too on a bench. Didn't feel as good as good as doing it on flat ground.

    Larry and I did today's CF mainsite wod:

    Three rounds for time of:
    50 pound dumbbell Waiter walk, 100 meters, Right arm
    30 GHD Sit-ups
    50 pound dumbbell Waiter walk, 100 meters, Left arm
    30 Back extensions

    Subbed reg situps and good mornings w/ no weight since we did the WOD outside and didnt want to bring mad weights outside. Working out outside is the only way to work out btw, well only when its 75 and sunny.

  2. damn, sounds awesome. at my dream home there will be a waterproof gym area out back, muscle beach style.

    yea, with that MWOD i really felt it on the lower part of my hamstring. i dont think i was keeping my back straight enough to keep the tension through my ass and upper hammy. gonna have to keep working on it.

  3. also when straightening my leg at the knee, it was really jumpy and noticeably not straight.

  4. holy cow...shit just got real. i freestyled a blueberry + greek yogurt + milk + chocolate ice cream smoothie. J.I.M.P...

    needless to say, caveman eats is on hold while i crush maximum amounts of protein constantly and do ss.

  5. the leg i was using to support myself, i.e. the none not stretching was getting more tired holding myself up, must have been doing something wrong.
