MWOD, skip to like 3m in for the WOD
Followed by 1 min per leg of shin/wall S&M
Followed by 7x1 weighted pullups: 25-45-55-70-80-85-90
Followed by 50 floor wipers (per side) 135lb
Followed by 50 kettle bell ground to overhead (per arm) 25lb
Last two are in prep for doing the "300" workout at the end of the summer w/ another guy in the gym. More on the workout here.
