Shoot Me In the Face

When I finished the WOD, someone asked "what's that workout called? shoot-me-in-the-fucking-face?"

12 min AMRAP

7 front squat 135 (155 rx)
7 pull ups
7 burpees

8 rounds

Note: title is sums it up pretty well

  1. this seems pretty brutal how is the combination of burpess and squat? I find that squat really doesn't work my quads very much, but burpess destroy them.

  2. Squats rarely make my quads sore anymore. I usually feel it in the glutes, hams, and inner thigh after a solid squat workout.

    Doing the squats w/ burpees was not easy but it wasn't impossible (like if you were to do a deadlift, squat, lunge, burpee WOD or something stupid like that). My legs definitely felt heavier during the burpees after the second round of squats but because it was only 7 burpees I was able to do each set unbroken.
